Transforming Lives in Ladakh

Dibai NGO has been active in Ladakh since 2012, working across 45+ remote villages in Leh and Kargil districts. Our Himalayan Child Initiative focuses on keeping schools operational through extreme sub-zero winters. We install solar-passive heaters, distribute high-grade thermal winter kits, and provide satellite-connected digital tablets so learning never halts during harsh mountain blockades.

Dedicated Field Office
Our dedicated field volunteers and social workers operate 24/7 in Ladakh to protect children from malnutrition, out-of-school dropouts, and exploitation.
